How to Join
We offer a trial session based on an appointment. Contact us and we’ll make arrangements for you to try it out.These sessions will give you a taste of what CrossFit is all about.
If you like it we will encourage you to sign up for our Fundamental program.
The Fundamental program is 3 training sessions where we go over 18 movements/exercises which are fundamental to the CrossFit program. You will be coached and given time to practice. We prioritize safety and want to be sure you are comfortable with what is being taught.
These sessions allow us to assess your experience, fitness levels, and any previous injuries which help with your transition into the group training.
We take this time seriously because we want to get to know you, and determine what your goals are. We also offer recommendations for nutrition.
Once this program is complete, you will be welcome to join the group training sessions.
Once you enter the studio we need you to know a few rules.
- You will need to check your ego at the door.
- No one is allowed to say, “I can’t!” We know you can, and we’ll find a way to prove it.
- Do not underestimate your abilities. You are stronger and more capable than you give yourself credit for.
- Come early, train hard, encourage others, and eat well. Pretty simple
