Schedule

CrossFit Saint John will be offering the following for fundamental sessions, and group training sessions:

Morning Sessions

  • 6:00 am – 7:00 am (by appointment)

 Noon Sessions

  • 12:00-1:00 pm
  • 1:00-2:00 pm (based on trainers availability and scheduled appointment)

Evening Sessions

  • 5:00-6:00 pm
  • 6:00-700 pm
