WOD is ‘Death of Cards’

Everyone is dealt a hand, the trump that is flipped represents a movement, the number or face represents the reps required.

Today we will be doing some Tabata work….will be good times.

Tabata format is 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec rest in sequence.

  • Squats – Rest at bottom of Squat
  • Push Ups – Rest at bottom of Push Up without touching chest to floor
  • Sit Ups – Rest in crunch position, shoulder blades off floor
  • Double Under instruction…I’m in need of this
