We are hoping to have access to the gynastics facility in Quispamsis this coming Thursday night.
As a result, we will not be hosting regular sessions that evening.
All interested in joining us, please post comment regarding interest as that will influence our participation there.
We will be working on kipping pull ups, muscle up progressions, handstands, backflips, and a number of other things involving rings.
We want to get an idea of who and how many are interested in joining as we are prepared to arrange drives there.

We have been having a lot of fun with everyone who has been training with us.
We want to return the favor.
I’m going to cover a few things coming up in near future.
Next weekend, Saturday’s “training” session.
We want it to be fun, and at the same time encourage more competition and camraderie.
CrossFit Bowling day. Bring a friend, we’ll create teams, possibly have a dress up theme for each, and have a great time. Send ideas via email.
Then the following weekend…20th and 21st…
Heather Wood and I are going to Fredericton to compete in the CrossFit Games Sectionals. We have an opportunity to compete for a spot in the Regionals in Alberta.
We invite all to come up and join us in this adventure. Your support would be greatly appreciated. We’ll forward details about times, location, etc….
Shirts…
We have had ongoing issues with obtaining shirts. I believe we have resolved the matter.
We will be placing an order this tuesday for shirts for training in and wearing while attending the competition in Fredericton. I will get prices sorted out and will hope to have demos available.
